A partnership between UK-based Firestop Chemicals and Eurodye-CTC of Belgium will see Firestop’s range of flame retardants for cotton and polyester launched into the Benelux market. Eurodye is a textile auxiliaries specialist active in over 50 countries.
Firestop chairman, Jim Murray-Smith, commented on the agreement which was put in place on 1 April. “We are very pleased indeed to have found the ideal partner and we look forward to a mutually beneficial co-operation in the Benelux technical textiles market.”
Eurodye-CTC was formed when CTC was bought from Unilever by their Belgian subsidiary Eurodye.
