IFSEC 2011: introducing the Tavcom Training Centre

Aimed at everyone involved in the security sector, the Tavcom Training Centre will help security professionals fully understand the meaning of IP – including its benefits and limitations – in an educational yet informal manner.

During the highly informative practical sessions, visitors are encouraged to ask questions and engage with independent specialists without any undue pressure being placed upon them.

The Tavcom Training sessions include:

  • Bringing IP down to earth: what is IP, and what can it do for your business?
  • Focus on legislation: learn about the latest advances in intruder alarms and access control regulations, plus the legislation and standards that have been introduced to improve the industry
  • Gathering video evidence: this session will demonstrate how to ensure that CCTV images captured will be fit for purpose (there will also be the opportunity to gain hands on experience on the set up of parameters)
  • Drop in and meet the experts: gain Independent advice from a Tavcom Training specialist and independent industry experts throughout the day, free of charge. If you feel that you would like megapixel, IP or HD technologies or legislation revolving around the security systems sphere explained to help you in your day-to-day job, drop in and meet the experts on the education stand.
