It’s a dog’s life: secure kennels from Strong-Dogz

Left to their own devices, dogs naturally prefer to sleep in small, underground holes like their wild ancestors, Strong-Dogz said. Accordingly, the new kennel has been designed to feel like a curved hole, which in turn will make the animal feel safer.

“Most dogs, like their ancestors in the wild that slept in small underground holes, prefer relative small and closed-in spaces that are large enough to crawl in, turn around and lay down. It makes them instinctively feel safer.”

The smaller kennels will also be up to 17% warmer, the company said.

“Equally important is the fact that your dog could not use excess space as he needs to heat up his space with his own body heat.

“The curved interior surface of the kennel effectively satisfies this natural nesting preference.”

Described as chew-proof and indestructible, the house can be dissembled in parts for cleaning. Its exterior walls have been covered with galvanized steel plates and the interior walls and roof made of reinforced plastic insulated by a two-inch polystyrene membrane.
