The management buyout from Powergen brought the company a 13,000 contract base plus as many non-contract customers.
The company moved premises, installed a PC network and a new accounting system.
By using WinSIMS, "customers didn’t see the join during our changeover period," said John Green, Finance Director.
The software’s "Engineer’s Diary’ allows the company’s four service controllers to handle several thousand concurrent engineer calls and appointments.
