North Yorkshire company to distribute Securahomes safety systems

The company, based in Filey, has signed a distributor agreement with Securahomes, manufacturer of homecare safety systems.

Specialising in electrical design and installation within the leisure sector, the firm also has additional services including fire and security protection.

Steve Thompson, contract manager for M.G. Maltby Ltd, said “Being asked by Securahomes is further testament to our ability to design and install fire and security solutions, and supports our aim to expand the business.

“Securahome safety homecare system is truly unique in the market and its technology adds real value to property owners – it will enable us to achieve our ambition for growth.”

Designed to provide wireless monitored protection and detection, the system automatically activates within seconds of harmful substances, such as smoke, fire and carbon monoxide being detected. The system has also been made to provide monitored detection for signs of intruders and offers a threat sequence for added protection.

Adam Barham, Securahomes sales manager said: “We approached M.G. Maltby because the firm’s resources will ensure they can provide excellent customer service which is expected from our approved distributor network.”
