Since last November, readers of Total Production Magazine have been voting in their tens of thousands from all corners of the live event sector, underlining the credibility of these coveted awards.
This year’s lively awards ceremony, held at London’s Hammersmith Novotel, was compered by Fun Loving Criminals frontman Huey Morgan.
By all accounts, Morgan kept the crowd entertained throughout the evening before handing over the well-deserved award to Logan who collected the trophy on behalf of the Showsec team.
Winner for the fifth consecutive year
Speaking about the company’s success, Logan said: “Winning the TPi Award for the fifth consecutive year marks a decade of consistent recognition for Showsec.”
He continued: “We never take these wins for granted. Instead, we invest in laying down the foundations to achieve our clients’ expectations by constantly reviewing our staff skills and working practices in a bid to achieve higher standards year-on-year. We are genuinely thankful to all who voted.”
Logan firmly believes Showsec’s sustained success is thanks to the entire team, from the staff booking, HR, IT, finance, training and management academy departments through to all of its operational personnel, licensed event security officers, stewards, supervisors, operational executives and the specialist teams.
“The latter includes our close protection personnel and award-winning backstage and specialised pit teams,” added Logan.
“They’re all responsible for the fresh approach and high service levels Showsec aims to bring to events and venues nationwide.”
