It offers monitoring of Dualcom, BT Redcare, Webway, Digicom’s, 2-way audio panels and medical alarms as well as Bold Gemini alarm handling software and BT Redcare.
A spokesman said:”The company has offered BT Redcare monitoring for many years, mainly for its existing client base, but a dramatic increase in connections over the past 12 months has seen this side of the business become more and more prevalent.”
Operations director Steve Nelson said: “Although we have a high profile in the CCTV market, historically our alarm business just complimented our existing offering. However, the number of new connections we have experienced over the past year has justified the launch of this separate stream to our business.
“Our clients’ will still experience the professional, British Standard control room environment we have built our reputation on, but the move allows us to focus on and improve growth in this area of our portfolio”.
