Not particularly full picture given here. More than one test per week might be needed in a number of premises, especially those operating shifts. Even those with out-of-hours cleaners or other staff, whether employed or contract, should hear an alarm at least monthly and a full drill be planned for then at some point. There is no requirement to check if all sounders are operating in a weekly test. In fact, this could lead to great staff annoyance or worry that a real alarm is being given.
