Single-loop fire panel launched for EN Standard markets

A single-loop fire panel, ‘AxisGo’, has been launched by Advanced to provide access to the Axis EN range in a ‘simpler, non-networkable’ format for fire protection ‘peace of mind’.

AxisGo has been developed for integrators, engineers and end users in mind with an ‘easy-fit’ chassis for fast fitting, along with familiar controls and menus.

New configuration software is designed to make programming quicker and includes a ‘powerful’ design checker to prove the system will work before visiting the site. In addition, enhanced diagnostics mean ‘fewer faults, faster fixes’, and better long-term performance. The panel offers support for both wired and wireless devices, a wide range of cause-and-effect programming, and enhanced diagnostics. AxisGo also comes with AlarmCalm false alarm management and reduction software, built in as standard.

With small-site budgets in mind, cost-efficiencies for customers have also been included in the product’s development. The panel has 15 zonal LEDs as standard for clearer visual indication without the need to buy a separate LED zone card. A range of AxisGo devices also allows users to easily design a wired or wireless solution for ‘any’ standalone site, says the manufacturer. Further cost savings and flexibility are available with a choice of two panel address sizes to meet site-specific requirements.

Vladimir Zrnic, Sales Manager for Europe at Advanced, said: “In developing AxisGo, we wanted to ensure our customers would benefit from the performance, reliability and flexibility they’ve come to expect from our premium Axis EN range, but in a cost-effective, single-loop format for simpler sites where networking’s not needed.

“AxisGo is brimming with features that make it easy to use, as well as the latest microprocessor technology. This ensures the panel operates at lightning speed so engineers can confidently fit, check and get going to their next job, knowing people and property are safely protected from fire.”

Advanced’s products are specified in locations ‘around the world’, from single-panel installations to large, multi-site networks. The portfolio includes complete fire detection systems, multiprotocol fire panels, extinguishing control, fire paging, false alarm management and reduction systems as well as emergency lighting.

The product is available to order in a range of countries where EN Standards apply.
