Arecont Vision launches MegaDome UltraHD network camera
IP surveillance camera specialist Arecont Vision has introduced the latest addition to the MegaDone family of surveillance cameras: the MegaDome UltraHD.
The camera, which is suitable for day or night, indoor or outdoor use, includes a motorized remote focus/zoom P-iris lens mounted in a 3-axis gimbal, among other features.
Like all Arecont Vision cameras, MegaDome UltraHD uses the company’s proprietary Massively Parallel Image Processing (MPIP) architecture that uses a built-in field programmable gate array (FPGA) integrated circuit.
This architecture allows Arecont Vision cameras to be field upgraded with additional features and capabilities as they become available.
