ADI opens new France HQ “reaffirming commitment to local security market”

Strengthening its commitment to the local French security and AV markets, ADI Global Distribution has opened a new headquarters in Alfortville, just outside of Paris.

ADI-FranceHQ-22The new office is home to more than 50 ADI team members across several departments, while additional field sales team members have been added to address customer needs across the country. Further expansion has been made to its technical support capabilities, alongside the introduction of a digital web team member to improve support for online customers.

“Opening our new headquarters demonstrates ADI’s commitment to the growing French market. In addition to the new office, we’ve been making strategic investments in our local business to better serve customers,” said Daniel Dahan, Regional General Manager for Southern Europe.

“These investments include recruiting and hiring more sales team members, adding additional technical support and making improvements to our online shopping experience. We’re confident these changes will deliver greater value to our customers across the greater Paris region.”

The new ADI France Support Centre is located within an HQE Certified Building, which promotes best practices in terms of sustainable construction and operation of buildings. The building also offers additional amenities including an onsite restaurant, outdoor terraces and more.

With its doors officially opening in October, the ADI France Support Centre commemorated this with an Open Day event earlier this month. More than 15 supplier partners attended to tour the new facility and meet the ADI team. Additionally, ADI France plans to host quarterly events at the new facility to spend time with customers and suppliers.

In addition to the France site, ADI recently opened Support Centre sites in Oldham, UK, Breda, Netherlands, Dallas, TX, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and most recently relocated their global headquarters in Melville, NY.

ADI will be part of the IFSEC and FIREX Distributor Network in May 2023 at London’s ExCeL. Suppliers, partners and customers will be able to meet the team and strengthen their relationships with ADI on the show floor.
