Securicor Aviation takes flight at Cardiff Airport
Leading security contractor Securicor Aviation has won a major GB pound 1.5 million management contract to provide a full range of aviation security services to Cardiff International Airport. The deal represents the only significant airport security contract to have changed hands in the past two-and-a-half years.
The three-year package encompasses hold baggage screening, passenger screening and profiling, airport security and aircraft guarding/searches.
Securicor Aviation will work in partnership with the airport’s own management team to continually develop security procedures in response to what is now a changing dynamic.
Cardiff International handles around 1.5 million passengers every year.
