Axis Communications launches multi-directional 360° camera with IR

Axis Communications has launched a multi-directional, four-channel camera with 30 fps frame rate and Quad HD resolution per channel.

Described by Axis as easy to install AXIS P3719-PLE can be recessed or corner-mounted and includes an integrated weathershield with IP66/IP67 rating.

Effectively offering the same coverage of four standard cameras the AXIS P3719-PLE can reduce camera count and investment. Moreover, an area otherwise requiring four cameras instead just needs one camera installed, one cable drawn, a single IP address, one video management software (VMS) licence and just one license for any analytics the installed.
