Derby-based network installer Scenariio deploys small business video surveillance solution from Axis to deliver 24/7 security accessible via mobile and an enhanced dining experience.
Scenariio, an IT company specialising in intelligent infrastructures and an Axis Partner, has deployed AXIS Companion network video cameras into two SME eateries to help increase the safety and security of their customers and improve the overall dining experience.
The advanced AXIS Companion range, deployed within HIDE Burger Bar and BEAN Caffé in Derby, has been specifically designed to meet the demanding safety and security needs of small businesses and help create a smarter, safer world.
Remote monitoring
As well as delivering superb image quality, the AXIS Companion network cameras provide the capability to remotely observe both sites from anywhere through a mobile device, giving management staff peace of mind that the establishments are running efficiently when they are off site.
The technology also allows managers to monitor potential operational issues such as cash transactions and health and safety compliance in food preparation. This in turn helps to protect the interests of staff and customers to deliver the best possible service and dining experience.
Both establishments were experiencing increased popularity, but a growing footfall meant instances of theft had begun to occur. Ensuring the safety of those within each establishment therefore became a crucial undertaking.
Scenariio installed a network of four cameras, including the AXIS Companion Cube, Eye LVE, Dome and Dome W, to provide 24/7 coverage of the inside of HIDE Burger Bar and its kitchens. An additional wireless AXIS Companion Cube W was installed at BEAN Caffé behind the main counter.
