Dahua Technology, a world-leading manufacturer and supplier of video surveillance products headquartered in Hangzhou, China has improved its market share in the video surveillance market by leaping forward to 2nd place according to a 2014 IHS report; meanwhile, its global market share in terms of DVR and network security cameras ranks as runner-up and 4th place respectively.
Compared with the 2013 IHS ranking, Dahua Technology has made a giant leap from 6th place all the way up to 2nd with a market share of 5.6 percent globally, ahead of Axis, Samsung, Bosch and other major international players.
