Hanwha Techwin launches Wisenet T thermal positioning cameras

Hanwha Techwin has launched two thermal positioning cameras that can operate in temperatures ranging from -50˚C to +130˚C.

Part of the Wisenet T range the TNU-4041T and TNU-4051T models are designed to detect objects and people in environments with image-degrading phenomena like smoke, snow, heavy rain and fog.

Sectors/verticals

For monitoring wide open areas in environments with challenging visual conditions – caused by smoke or fog for instance – as well as projects where light pollution poses a problem. Can also operate normally in extremely high or low temperatures found on construction sites and oil, gas and chemical facilities.

Features

  • Day/night (ICR) cameras with 640 x 480 resolution
  • Pan speed of 120° per second and ground-to-sky view of -90° to 40°
  • Up to 255 pre-set positions, which can be scheduled
  • Programmable to ceaselessly pan 360°
  • Built-in gyro sensors for image stabilisation when disturbed by wind or vibrations
  • TNU-4041T equipped with 19mm lens with maximum range of 1,714m for vehicle detection; TNU-4051T, has 35mm lens and maximum range of 3,157m
  • Hallway view to reduce bandwidth and video storage demands when monitoring narrow vertical areas like corridors, tunnels and aisles
  • Audio analysis functionality recognises critical sounds such as gunshots, explosions, screams and broken glass.
  • Analytics to detect temperature change, shock, object/people direction, loitering and camera tampering
  • WiseStream II compression technology dynamically controls encoding, balancing quality and compression, according to image movement. Combined with H.265 compression it boosts bandwidth efficiency by up to 99%
  • Support for H.264 and MJPEG compression
  • SD/SDHC/SDXC memory slot so recording is not interrupted during network disruption
  • Aluminium die cast exterior
  • Tolerates temperature range of -50˚C to +130˚C

Hanwha Techwin Europe is exhibiting at IFSEC International 2019, taking place 18-20 June 2019 at ExCeL London (stand IF1310). Book your free ticket now.
