IDIS to promote video surveillance system convenience at IFSEC International 2018

New levels of flexibility in system building and cost advantages for installers and end-users will be two of the features being promoted by IDIS at this year’s IFSEC International.

Launches at the show will include the award-nominated, HE-1101 HDMI/VGA video encoder, which allows users to oversee many applications from a single monitor and is simply installed by connecting the hardware with a VGA or HDMI output.

Also making a debut on the IFSEC stage will be the latest IDIS smartphone cam and privacy masking technology.

Other products on display include Critical Failover, which prevents loss of vital recorded data during a range of fault conditions, from network instability to power supply failure.

Visitors can also check out the H.265 IR PTZ camera, which provides clearer images using an 8MP auto focus lens and is equipped with high-powered IR LEDs for smooth motion detection and image analysis at night of objects at up to 200m away.

“Our extended lineup and new technologies clearly demonstrate our continued focus on innovations that create value for the entire security buying chain.” James Min, managing director, IDIS Europe

Visitors will also have the chance to experience hands-on demonstrations of IDIS Center video management software, which allows users to make meaningful savings in building a centralised control room environment or monitoring centre.

Thanks to no configuration being needed, lifecycle costs using the IDIS Center can be up to 50% lower than server-based solutions, resulting in reduced installation time, easier maintenance and an industry-beating, seven-year IDIS Ultimate Warranty.

“At this year’s IFSEC we really have something for everyone,” said James Min, managing director of IDIS Europe. “Our extended lineup and new technologies clearly demonstrate our continued focus on innovations that create value for the entire security buying chain.”

IDIS is showcasing this PTZ camera and its other video surveillance solutions at IFSEC International, 19-21 June 2018, ExCeL London. You can find IDIS on stand C140. Register now.
