Wavesight Wireless Solutions has announced its partnership with UK-based vehicle CCTV supplier SmartWitness to supply transport solutions to the bourgeoning Indian market. SmartWitness, a division of global CCTV manufacturer and distributor Y3K, already distributes its VOSA-compliant products, which have been approved for use in commercial vehicles, to over 50 countries around the world.

The SmartWitness range of vehicle CCTV solutions includes the latest 3G/4G wireless transmission cameras, which instantly transmit video of an event, as well as on-board vehicle DVRs with live viewing and playback of cameras and GPRS tracking units that can be integrated with CCTV cameras for instant event notification.
