Amthal obtains majority shares in Integrated Protection Maintenance Services Ltd. 

Amthal has completed its acquisition of majority shares in Integrated Protection Maintenance Services Ltd (IPMSL), a Midlands based provider of fire safety and security solutions.

IPMSL majority shares have been acquired by Amthal as part of a combined growth initiative, presented to ensure the joint venture, fire safety and security specialist can offer expert solutions across a greater coverage of the UK.

Jamie Allam, CEO, Amthal, says: “With the new partnership looking to integrate specialist combined services, Amthal and IPMSL can now offer more customers across the UK a comprehensive service range backed up by knowledgeable technical sales, and technology support.
