In what is the company’s 25th year, it has also taken on a further 50 engineers across Britain.
Steve and Gary Quirke, the brothers who formed CFS in 1985 and are joint managing directors, have taken CFS from a GB pound 12 million turnover in 2008 to a GB pound 20 million company in the last year, CFS said.
Steve Quirke said: “Our focus is on providing our customers with the total solution for safety and security and as the requirements have become more complex we have added additional services, which has led to further business opportunities.
“Our passion to move the business forward has led to ten acquisitions in recent years that has provided us with wider choice and increased our presence across the UK.”
The opening of the Scottish base will service existing clients, such as Scottish Heritage. In recent years, the company has opened offices in London and Bagshot to increase profile in the south.
