The Fire Industry Association (FIA) has partnered with business consultancy company, Rathbone Results, to launch a management development programme tailored for fire and security business owners, leaders and managers.

The online programme will run between 26 October to 7 December, and will consist of seven half-day modules delivered via Zoom, plus two half-days of self-work.
It is designed to equip fire and security managers with the skills to confidently lead their teams and organisations to deliver higher performance, explains the FIA.
Entitled: Equipping your Fire and Security Managers for Higher Performance, the online programme covers the following skillsets:

Attendees of the full programme will receive a Certificate of Participation and Completion, co-badged by Rathbone Results and the FIA, plus 28 CPD hours, awarded by the FIA.
