The Fire Industry Association (FIA) has partnered with business consultancy company, Rathbone Results, to launch a management development programme tailored for fire and security business owners, leaders and managers.

The online programme will run between 26 October to 7 December, and will consist of seven half-day modules delivered via Zoom, plus two half-days of self-work.
It is designed to equip fire and security managers with the skills to confidently lead their teams and organisations to deliver higher performance, explains the FIA.
Entitled: Equipping your Fire and Security Managers for Higher Performance, the online programme covers the following skillsets:
Change Management and Change Resistance
Time Management and Priorities
Delegation and Performance Management
Clear Communication and Effective Meetings
Building High Performance Teams and Great Places to Work
Developing a Whole-Business Perspective
Understanding Business Finance
The course is limited to 12 participants.
