Securitas UK appoints Satia Rai as Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging

Set to play a critical role in defining and delivering on Securitas UK’s overall strategy, Satia Rai has been appointed as the company’s new Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.

Satia, who was also appointed the CEO of the International Professional Security Association (IPSA) in November 2022, has over 26 years’ of experience in the security industry, and says she is excited to be starting in the role.

“I am elated with my appointment as Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at Securitas UK. It’s incredible to be part of the Securitas family, progression and transition into my role felt so right. I have landed my dream role, working for the leading security service provider globally.
