The team has a range of customers in the security sector, where its solutions are primarily used for when off-grid, quiet, remote power is required, such as for CCTV systems at remote locations.
The environmentally friendly power solutions are based on hydrogen fuel cell technology, with bespoke power and refuelling systems available to meet different project demands. The three fuel cells on display operate via different fuel cell technologies, and include the ethanol-based EFOY fuel cell, solid oxide-based Sunfire Remote 400 fuel cell, and the 800M Intelligent Energy series. Fuel Cell Systems explains the benefits of each, why they are suitable to security-based systems and provides some guidance for installation.
