WATCH: Brivo COO John Szczygiel on the benefits of cloud access control and exhibiting at IFSEC 2019

In this interview Samah Ahmed, assistant editor, IFSEC Global, spoke to John Szczygiel, EVP & COO, Brivo about exhibiting at IFSEC 2019.

Brivo Inc. provides cloud-based access control and video surveillance products for physical security and internet of things applications. Founded in 1999 Brivo introduced cloud-based access control to the physical security market in 2002.

Gartner named Brivo a “Cool Vendor in Identity and Access Management” in 2014. In June 2015, Brivo was acquired for $50m by Dean Drako, Barracuda Networks founder and former CEO, and current President & CEO of Eagle Eye Networks.

Eagle Eye Networks also specialises in fully cloud-based security systems, focusing instead on video surveillance.
